Legal
Terms of use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms apply to your use of aialbertas.com (the “site”), run by AI Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information on the site
Our guides, prices and quiz results are general information to help you decide what to do next, not professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation. Prices shown are starting points; your actual price is set in a written quote. The fit quiz gives an automated suggestion, not a commitment by either of us.
Working with us
Any project we take on is governed by the written quote or agreement we both accept. That agreement covers scope, price, timelines, payment and ownership of the work, and it takes priority over anything on this site.
Accounts and community posts
- Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You own what you post. By posting, you let us display it on the site. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and don't use our forms to send spam.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, graphics and code belong to AI Alberta unless noted otherwise. You may share links and short quotes with attribution, but please don't copy the site or its content wholesale.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sites, such as press coverage. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, AI Alberta isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
