Questions

Straight answers.

What is AI automation?+

AI automation uses software — including AI models — to carry out business tasks that people currently do by hand: moving data between tools, answering common questions, drafting documents, following up with leads, and generating reports. Unlike a basic script, it can read, write, and make judgement calls within rules you set, so it handles work that used to need a person at the keyboard.

How much does AI automation cost?+

Our AI automation projects start at $1,500 CAD, with a fixed quote agreed before we begin. App rescues start at $2,000, AI callers at $2,500, and custom software at $5,000. Optional maintenance plans start at $500 per month. Every project gets a fixed price up front, so you always know the full cost before committing to anything.

How long does a project take?+

Most automation projects ship within two to six weeks of the scoping call. Simple integrations can be live in days; bigger builds — custom software or AI assistants trained on large document libraries — take longer. Your fixed quote includes a timeline, and we test everything against your real workflows before anything goes live.

Can AI work with our existing software?+

Yes — that's most of what we do. We integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Slack, and Google Workspace, plus custom APIs. We automate around the tools you already pay for instead of asking you to rip anything out or learn a new platform.

Does our company data stay private?+

Yes. We build on your existing systems, so your data stays inside your accounts: your Microsoft 365 tenant, your CRM, your servers. We don't train public AI models on your information, and everything we build comes with documentation and full access for your team. If your industry has specific privacy requirements, we design around them from the start.

Do you work with businesses outside Edmonton?+

Yes. We're based in Edmonton and serve clients across Calgary and Alberta-wide. Most work is delivered remotely — scoping calls, builds, testing, and training all happen over video. For Edmonton and Calgary clients, we're also available for in-person kickoffs and training sessions when it helps.

What happens if the automation breaks or needs changes later?+

Every project ships with documentation and a handover walkthrough, so your team understands what was built. If something breaks or your process changes, maintenance plans start at $500 per month and cover fixes, updates, and small improvements. You own everything we build and can take it to another developer — you're never locked in.
